We at Rock N’ Guns guarantee your 100% satisfaction. We offer a 12 month return policy for a refund from the day your order is shipped. After receiving your holster, if for any reason you want to return your holster simply contact Rock N’ Guns via email to process your request. Required information for a refund includes your order number and contact details. A team member will review the request & contact you with return information. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable.

LIFETIME WARRANTY (FOR HOLSTERS)

Rock N’ Guns products have a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion.

• Lifetime warranty APPLIES ONLY TO HOLSTERS.
• Lifetime warranty does not apply to holsters purchased from 3rd party (not directly purchased from Rock N’Guns).

All other items such as “The Manager” have a 30 days warranty policy from shipping date.
